The xfs module in the RHEL/CentOS 6 kernel is too old to support XFS v5 filesystems created by more recent kernels -- see also https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1413499#c5 for few more details. In case your filesystem was created on a RHEL/CentOS 6 host/VM, please provide a full log of guestmount, running it with -v -x. -- Pino Toscano
