Glad it works now. Nested virt testing is useful, but it's not really a virt-v2v or libguestfs concern, it's a problem in either qemu, KVM or the kernel. Unfortunately in my experience no one will help you out there, you'd have to investigate and propose a fix yourself, and that can be a great deal of work (especially for nested virt which is so close to magic that probably only Paolo and Alex understand it.)
