Fair enough. Those were sent out in the order in which I committed them
to my local development tree and as separate logical changes. I can
respin them however I want, though, before I ask Adam to commit them.
You are right, that since some of the follow-ups are just cleanups that
add to the original 1/7 of patch, that they might as well be one patch
in the final commit. I'll refresh my patch stack on Monday with those
combined and and send out the shorter 4-patch stack, to make it clear.
