In the Debian package, I copied libgmv from:

/home/ondra/debian/test/libmesh-0.6.1/contrib/lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu_opt/libgmv.so

to

/usr/lib

during the build. I'll try to disable gmv as well. Maybe it helps.
