All - John found a bug in the DofMap send_list creation the other day. This has been fixed in the SVN branch, but the problem affects 0.6.1.
I've created a tag for 0.6.2 and plan to release that in the next few days. I've back-ported some petsc fixes that allow n_elem < n_processors (thanks, Roy), and I have also added the exodusII I/O additions from Derek. ExodusII and netcdf are included in ./contrib as well.
