Actually would not take too much time, especially if they know Trilinos.  I
did everything libMesh specific.  Now there are a few places left where
there is an assert(not_implemented) kinda thing -- I simply got tired of
looking up everything in the Trilinos manual.

If they have the time to pour through the Trilinos documentation then great,
if they know Trilinos even better...  The major libMesh stuff is done.
