Someone (Derek?) recently added a bool to NonlinearSolver to store the status of the last solve. Should we be providing more fine-grained info? I could move the DiffSolver::SolveResult enum into it's own header, and we could return one of those for the user instead. (or in addition, particularly if we replace converged with converged()) --- Roy
