In all of our makefiles we've hardcoded a libtool call for Darwin (OSX). Unfortunately, when using IPO optimization with the Intel compiler you need to call "xilibtool" for OSX...
So... we have a couple of options. We could read a $LIBTOOL environment variable in the makefiles. We could detect that we're using the intel compiler on OSX and substitute xilibtool for libtool... there are a number of things to do. What do you guys think we should do?
