adjoint_solve() stubs (and QOI function attachment, etc) are in now.

I'm thinking the QOI function for non-FEMSystem stuff will just be
expected to directly zero out and sum up a new rhs?  At the time
adjoint_solve gets called, the old rhs ought to be near zero for
nonlinear problems and meaningless for linear ones anyway.
