Sorry about the delay; you guess right. The prodding was helpful. I did have time to set up your test program and get it started this morning. Not sure if/when it's going to finish, though. I'd like to run all 24 processes on the same box for ease of debugging, but it's currently halfway through the refinement steps and using 6GB memory out of 4GB available RAM. We've got a couple 16GB nodes here, but they're even busier than I am through most of the week lately.
