There were a couple overzealous iterator increments in the version I'd
ported us to; one manifested itself as deleting tokens following an
empty comment, and the other broke the Dollar-Bracket-Expression (the
${/ .5 .8} stuff) for division. Both are fixed now. Thanks to Ben
for writing the regression tests that caught the problems.
