Howdy folks, I've attached a patch that modifies reference_counter.h and reference_counter.C to allow the disabling of the printing of the ReferenceCounter information. The impetus for this was keeping my make check runs clean when in debug mode. I don't have a test case with it, but I've checked all methods and command line check using ex0.
