Ok, turns out that libtool error was a known issue with ubuntu 11.10 and the dash shell - setting CONFIG_SHELL to /bin/bash worked for me. I expect this to be fixed upstream though.
I really like automake-1.11 support for colorized parallel tests - it makes it a lot easier to detect when 1 of 40 examples goes awry. I'm not checking this in though until Paul - why are you wanting ACX_MPI? We should be finding mpicxx by default unless you are specifically changing CXX? Roy - Ubuntu 11.10 works out of the box now with the system installed petsc, using both gcc and clang as the outer compilers. Looks like ubuntu also provides a trilinos we can use as well but I'll have to update the trilinos.m4 macro to detect it properly...tomorrow. -Ben ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF email is sponsosred by: Try Windows Azure free for 90 days Click Here http://p.sf.net/sfu/sfd2d-msazure _______________________________________________ Libmesh-devel mailing list Libmesh-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/libmesh-devel
