Release Candidate 2 now available:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/libmesh/files/libmesh/libmesh-0.7.3-rc2/

Changes since RC1 include bugfixes (most serious: for heterogeneous
constraints code on linear problems and for SCALAR initial
conditions), LLVM clang detection and compatibility, and
ParallelMesh compatibility for another MeshRefinement flagging
strategy.

Linear elasticity and true Dirichlet boundaries are now demonstrated
among the example apps.
