Okay,
Something else strange: if I go to my libmesh install directory and run
./bin/libmesh-config
I get the error message:
./bin/libmesh-config: line 37:
./bin/x86_64-apple-darwin11.3.0_opt/libmesh-config: No such file or
directory
I think this must be a relative pathing issue... It seems to work if
you change line 37 to:
${prefix}/bin/x86_64-apple-darwin11.3.0_${METHOD}/libmesh-config $@
