But remember: just saying "congratulations" is cheap - real
congratulations may involve forgiving me and/or fixing things when my
half-assed {par,}metis upgrade hoses libMesh.  ;-)  They've changed
both the build system and a couple of the APIs on us.  I think I've
got us sync'ed up correctly but I'd still give it a 5% chance that my
next commit will break parallel runs for someone.
