Is this "permanent" - i.e. there's no planned change to move from GitHub to
something else? In particular, I've been waiting to see where it will end
up because I want to start using (and promote the use of) the ticketing
system both to help me remember what I need to do, but also to see what
else is needing to be done. Would also give a place for would be developers
to start. Right now, it seems to be only maintained in the developers'
heads.
