It's actually not... it takes two Variable objects in the main transfer()
function... and essentially the values from the first Variable get
copied/interpolated/mapped to the second Variable's solution vector.
SolutionTransfer is really sitting well with me... I think I'll go with
that and then let you guys comment on the Pull Request if you think
something else is better ;-)
