Guys, we're seeing a build error with the new netcdf on Linux:

./.libs/libmesh_opt.so: undefined reference to `nc_def_var_deflate'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
This is an out of tree build using this for configure:
../configure --with-methods="opt dbg" --prefix=/something
--enable-legacy-using-namespace
