When a compiler shoots an internal error, it means the compiler is broken.
Any chance you have a newer version of Intel (either 11.1 or 12.1)? I
imagine Intel's response will be "upgrade compiler". I believe libMesh is
compiling fine with both 11.1 and 12.1. I tried 13.0.XXXX a few weeks ago
without problem, but I don't know if that contains this revision or not.
