Sorry for any GitHub notification spam tonight - I was testing out the
build system....
It's all up and running so now every libMesh pull request will
automatically get checked against a "make check" and the MOOSE test suite.
Just to get us started this is only running in optimized mode on linux.
We'll expand later.
I already see a few things I want to add to MooseBuild just from getting
this set up tonight... most notably: recipes need separate distinct steps
and the results need to get reported back after each step so that you can
see what the heck it's doing.
Anyway - let's see how it goes and be free with the feedback.
