Hadn't you heard?  That version is now obsolete ;-)

Remove obsolete Elem::key() and Node::key(), use hashed Point
locations as keys for MeshRefinement instead.


In all honesty I'm not quite sure why that happened.  I'll search back
through my libmesh-users email to see if there was some discussion of
the change...
