I'm sorry if I assumed that it meant that you got the zip file on both
occasions. The first time i sent it over, I received an error from
sourceforge and so I renamed the zip file extension and hoped it would
make it the next time. And from what I saw, it did !
Here's it is again, for those who did not receive it. Rename to *.zip.

Please do confirm if you received this earlier.
On second thought, I'm guessing John received it since I did "reply
all" while sourceforge failed to propagate the file to anyone else.
And this might be the reason why there is a disconnect.
