Finally after getting rid of all the fe_xyz references I come to the following error:

Compilation terminated. make: *** [src/base/libmesh.x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.opt.o] Erreur 2 But file /usr/include/bits/cmathcalls.h looks all right... Any suggestion?
