I have recently downloaded the svn version of libmesh and am trying to
build it on and ICES machine.

I have used the following line to configure:

CXX=icc CC=icc F77=ifc ./configure --enable-everything --enable-second

In the make, I get an error regarding the TR1_UNORDERED_MAP, so I have
just undefined that. Then, when I make I get the following error:

It appears that the make has gone far enough that I should be able to
make the examples. So I next try:

I am unsure what I should do to avoid this error.

I am using the 10.0.023 intel compiler.
