Hi All- I am trying to compile libMesh on lonestar out at TACC and I am getting an error when I get the the building bin/amr. lslogin1$ echo $PETSC_DIR /opt/apps/intel10/mvapich1/petsc/2.3.3 lslogin1$ echo $PETSC_ARCH em64t-cxx ---------------------------------------------- ----- Done Building Contributed Packages ----- ---------------------------------------------- make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/utexas/ti/ahawkins/libmesh-r3191/contrib' Building bin/amr icpc: error #10104: unable to open '-L/opt/apps/intel10/mvapich1/petsc/2.3.3/lib/em64t-cxx' make: *** [bin/amr] Error 1 I then tried lslogin1$ cd /opt/apps/intel10/mvapich1/petsc/2.3.3/lib/em64t-cxx and it worked. So, it does exist, and the contents look correct: lslogin1$ ls libpetsc.a libpetscdm.a libpetscmat.a libpetscts.a libpetsccontrib.a libpetscksp.a libpetscsnes.a libpetscvec.a If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!
