I need to do Cauchy boundary integration. However, there is the boundary
value at only one vertex of one tetrahedral element. Assuming the (0, 1, 2)
triangular element is on the boundary and the vertex "1" needs to do Cauchy
boundary integration, how to localize the vertex "1" when doing the loop
