I only find it under "Class Docs -> Files -> File list" -> elem.h and then using
the source code. I do not find it under "Classes" together with the others.
It is missing, but not just from the web server. There's either a bug
in doxygen or in our use of it, so "make doc" doesn't generate a
"class Elem" page for some reason.
I don't currently have time to hunt back and find what change
triggered the problem, though. If anyone else has time to binary
search through the svn history it would be appreciated.
