It would just be a matter of wrapping the rbOOmit classes (and ex23) in #ifdefs, so no, it wouldn't be much work. I'm not very savvy with the modifying the configuration options though, if somebody else be able to sorted that part out, I'd be happy to make the changes in the source code...
