It looks like right now EigenTimeSolver only supports
LARGEST_MAGNITUDE, while EigenSolver only supports
{LARGEST,SMALLEST}_{MAGNITUDE,REAL,IMAGINARY}.

We'd happily accept patches to improve that, though.
