Hi all, I'm trying to build libmesh with petsc-3.1-p8 and slepc-3.1-p6 for complex variables on Ubuntu 11.10. I used the following configuration options:
PETSC ./configure --prefix=/home/aeronova/Development/local/lib64/petsc/petsc-3.1-p8 --download-mpich=1 --download-blacs=1 --download-parmetis=1 --download-scalapack=1 --download-mumps=1 --with-scalar-type=complex --with-clanguage=cxx SLEPC ./configure --prefix=/home/aeronova/Development/local/lib64/slepc/slepc-3.1-p6 LIBMESH ./configure --prefix=/home/aeronova/Development/local/lib64/libmesh --enable-petsc --enable-slepc --enable-glpk --with-glpk-include=/home/aeronova/Development/local/lib64/glpk/glpk-4.45/include --with-glpk-lib=/home/aeronova/Development/local/lib64/glpk/glpk-4.45/lib --enable-complex --enable-eigen --with-eigen-include=/home/aeronova/Development/local/lib64/Eigen/include/eigen3 --enable-gmv I got errors after "Done Building Contributed Packages." (plz see the log below) -- the error seems to have something to do with std::complex. I hope someone could help me with this error. Regards, K.
