Dear all, I'm somewhat confused by parallel mesh and mesh partitioner class (and it's sub classes: ParmetisPartirioner, MetisPartitioner,…). I wonder if someone can explain steps you need to take after reading a mesh file on head node (or constructing mesh) to partiion it (say using parmetis) or even better give a snippet of a code that does this?
