Hi, I've been trying to build a simple example using periodic boundary conditions in 1D, but to no avail -- the system seems to ignore periodicity altogether. After briefly reading DofMap::create_dof_constraints() I concluded that periodicity constraints are actually impossible in 1D. Is that right, or am I missing something? If I'm right, is there any way to work around this? Thanks.
