let me describe the situation.

1) Before I was using libmesh 0.6.5beta with petsc 3.1

2) Yesterday I upgraded for libmesh 0.7.2beta with petsc 3.2

3) In order to solve the nonlinear problem I'm setting matvec function, 
rather then separate functions for jacobian and rhs.
Should I change the code to have separate functions for jacobian and rhs 
as it is done in the example?

4) I tried svn version, it was the same.
