Really? I didn't realize that.
Are you suggesting that i first create a mesh for a given boundary
in gmsh. Import the mesh into libmesh and add the required nodes and
remesh?
No; you could try that but with a little bad luck it could give you
arbitrarily bad element quality.
Sorry I didn't have any better ideas.
