Hi , I am trying o make my phase field code adaptive and I am having trouble figuring out what the different options mean. Mathematically, how do constrain_element_(matrix AND/OR vector) differ from heterogenously_constrain_element_matrix_and_vector. I am unable to see the difference between the three. The only place I have seen some discussion of these constraints is in one of the deal.II papers, is this similar in spirit to that?
