I am trying to build libmesh from the latest git update and I run into the
following trouble. The code compiles without any trouble, make and make install
work fine. When I actually try to build code with libmesh (in the prefix
folder) or with my own code, I get the following error , /lib/libnetcdf.a not
found. This is due to the fact that the library is actually in
/usr/lib/libnetcdf.a. How do I fix this? Subramanya
