Hi all, My problem is like this: I would like to use a new type of element for my formulation in a subdomain, but not on the entire domain. for example, I have a domain with 10 X 10 elements, in which element # 1-50 is Lagrangian elements (1st order linear), for the rest of element from 51-100, I would like to use another element such as 2nd order elements or a new type of element with different dofs and shape functions I defined by myself. Can I do this with LibMesh? Thank you very much!
