So if I cd into contrib/qhullthere is a folder called 2012.1 and a file called qhull, the only contents of which are 2012.1 . When I run ./configure it looks for a Makefile.in file in qhull/qhull instead of qhull/2012.1 I have a feeling the script is supposed to somehow realize that 2012.1 is where qhull is. but this is not happening.
