Online documentation is here:

http://libmesh.github.io/doxygen/index.html

You can go here to get the hash of the version for which the documentation
was built: http://libmesh.github.io/doxygen/libmesh__config_8h_source.html

If you have Doxygen installed, you can do `make doc` to generate the docs
locally for your 0.9.4 tar ball.
