How are you finding the elements which contain each of your quadrature points? I.e. when you call elem->id(), where did "elem" come from? I initially use the Poisson mesh point locator on quadrature points of the second mesh to find the elements of Poisson mesh and ghost them. Then I run an integral over the quadrature points of these Poisson elements, while using interpolated quantity from second mesh. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Libmesh-users mailing list Libmesh-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/libmesh-users
