It's apparently in ExodusII, and not in Abaqus.

At *some* point, and not with a very high polynomial degree either,
we run out of file format support regardless.  Nobody supports a Tri10
or a Hex64 IIRC.  If I had the time, I'd rather come up with an option
that gives us better general viz support via element subdivision,
instead of trying to scrape the last few specific-format-supported
elements out there.
