Nothing beyond good old fashioned debugging. As I suggested, you could start by checking whether the problem lies in the FE formulation/solution itself or is an error within the Exodus writer. > I am not using libmesh master. > If you plan to do serious debugging, I highly recommend working with libmesh master.
