Thanks, I hope everyone is staying healthy as well.
I spent last night working in my underwear and staying up too late, I haven't seen most of my coworkers in person in weeks, I sometimes don't shower until nearly dinner time, I'm tormenting my kids with advanced math and computer science study, I'm eating too much preservative-laden junk rather than go to the grocery store for fresh food, and I'm too often on the couch playing video games instead of getting out of the house for fun. So, nothing new. What's this I hear about a quarantine?
I feel fortunate that our software development work can largely continue on unchanged, but I know it's not the same for everyone.
Yeah, I do feel incredibly lucky about that. I'm a naturally paranoid person with a lot of savings, but I'm also a naturally greedy person who had too much of that savings in the stock market. Joking aside, so far the bad news around here is one extended family member who's had an old classmate die and another who's lost her job, but this is still doubling once or twice a week, it's just barely beginning to overwhelm medical capacity in the US, and it's going to get vastly worse before it gets better. --- Roy _______________________________________________ Libmesh-users mailing list Libmesh-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/libmesh-users
