If the discussion ends up being long, it might be nicer (also so that
other plibc users can find the discussion) if you did it on a
plibc-specific mailinglist. IIRC there used to be one hosted at sf.net.
OTOH, you're likely not the only ones struggling with plibc to get MHD
to work on W32, so as long as the discussion applies reasonably closely
to MHD, it can of course be done here as well -- just be aware that you
might mail >100 people that don't care much about W32...
