Hi Everyone,
I'm working with compressed video and after looking around, it seems that
libmpeg2 is a good tools to decode MPEG-1 or 2 video compression.
In my work, I need to obtain the DC coefficients and also the motion vectors
from compressed domain (the idea is to obtain these values without
decompressing the whole video).
Is it possible to use libmpeg2 library to obtain these values?
Can somebody help me figure out where to start? I'm really lost right now.
