Dear Peter,

I forgot to mention something on the phone last night that I was disturbed
by. I've heard that state licensing authorities (at least in NY) will
consider administering flu vaccine to patients who aren't of the most
at-risk types to be a "violation of the standard of care". It's one thing
to ration flu vaccine, but another to claim that giving it to those who
don't need it most is somehow bad medical judgement.

In Your Sly Tribe,
Robert
