Good evening again, Dave

[Frank, serious wonders about, what there is to weep about, or so
it seems...] Dave Laird writes to everyone...

> The Twenty-third Sigh...
> Bush is my shepherd; I dwell in want.
> He maketh logs to be cut down in national forests.
> He leadeth trucks into the still wilderness.

This strange verbiage is not at all in focus in the current
realities of our time! Who exactly "owns" the damn 'trees' in
question? Probably a greater concern, is "who own's the damn
trees?

The greatest problem with this scenario surrounds the idea of
harvesting natural resource-based resources? Trees grow, in a
longer gestation period than wheat grows on a farmer's field. So
what? Trees are, after all, a crop to be harvested, and managed,
according to the owner's planning, wishes and desires. Not a
problem, nor should it be a problem.

> He restoreth my fears.
> He leadeth me in the paths of international disgrace for his ego's sake.
> Yea, though I walk through the valley of pollution and war,
> I will find no exit, for thou art in office.

The problem, as I see it, in this whole ephetaphic event is that
Bush is still in office. I know not why. I don't need, or can't
explain it. I didn't vote for either Bush, or his opponent, and
given the choice don't care anyway... I voted my party's choice,
the Libertarian candidate in this election. That was my choice.

And, in making that choice, I do not feel compelled to follow or
support the course of the currrent regime in office. And, I will
not.

Kindest regards,
Frank Reichert
