I hadn't heard that one. I did hear that they discovered states' rights this week vis-a-vis the medical marijuana case going to the Supreme Court. It was amusing this past week to hear liberals calling in to Talk of the Nation on NPR, talking about fighting conservatives with their own tactic, i.e., states' rights.
