The wound up controll Kabul and the lowlands, while the moutain regions filled up with warlords and whack jobs with guns. And when the Soviet Union invaded they set up a puppet government which held Kabul and the low lands while the mountains filled with warlords and maniacs with guns. So now the United States has come in and installed a puppet government. The mountains are now full of warlords and maniacs with guns, while Hamid Karzai hides in Kabul behind an American body guard. But you're so desperate to believe that Bush doesn't suck when he says "Well we planned it that way" you geek for it. Hello!
